Up until I found this item I had been purchasing filters locally from a nationally known pet store. This media will make ten of the filters I had been purchased for less than twice the total cost. And yes they do last just as long. So, if you are into saving money, and who isn’t, then buy your pond filters in 10 ft rolls.

I bought a filter, but when it came time to replace the filter media, I could not find it in any of my local stores.
I found this product online, and since it was not expensive, decided to give it a try. I think it was very ecconomical and was a good option. It seems to be holding up well.

It was great to find this filter media in a 10-foot roll. It is easy to cut to the needed size, and there’s enough of it to last a long, long time. And it seems to be doing a great job of filtering the water that goes through my outdoor waterfall pump. This product is emblematic of Amazon; no matter how obscure the item you’re looking for, you’ll probably find it on Amazon.
